These terms apply to all purchases made through The Gym Rack. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions below.
The Gym Rack is a UK-based reseller of authentic premium gym wear. We operate primarily through Vinted, a third-party marketplace platform. All transactions are processed and protected by Vinted's buyer protection and payment systems.
Every item we sell is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell replicas, counterfeits, or unauthorised reproductions. Each piece is inspected for stitching, tags, fabric quality, and branding before listing. If you believe an item is not genuine, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.
We clearly describe the condition of every item in its listing. Conditions include:
We photograph all items honestly. What you see is what you get.
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is handled securely through Vinted's checkout system. We do not accept direct bank transfers, cash on delivery, or payments outside of Vinted.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size. We typically use Royal Mail or Evri. UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days. Tracking information is uploaded to Vinted once dispatched.
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Tags must still be attached where applicable. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was misdescribed or faulty.
To initiate a return, message us through Vinted within the 14-day window. Once we receive and confirm the item's condition, refunds are processed within 2–3 working days through Vinted.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an item has been shipped, our returns policy applies instead. If you need to cancel, message us as soon as possible through Vinted.
The Gym Rack's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that transaction. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
